Back by popular demand - Creating a Food Safety Culture Executive Education will run June 17 - 19, 2015 on the beautiful MSU Campus. The program includes two days of sessions facilitated by Frank Yiannas, Vice President of Food Safety & Health, Walmart, USA and Adjunct Professor in the Online Master of Science in Food Safety Program at MSU. The program also includes guest lectures by renowned MSU faculty members Neal Fortin , J.D. (Topic: Food Safety Modernization Act); and Keith Bezant Niblett, DBA (Topic: Leadership in Times of Change) and The Robert Leader Endowed Lecture with Guest Lecturer Dr. Peter Daszak, President of EcoHealth Alliance, New York, NY.
Evening activities include a welcome reception on Tuesday, June 16, with Frank Yiannas; dinner and a tour at the internationally celebrated Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum on Wednesday, June 17; and a "tailgate" dinner at the Huntington Club at Spartan Stadium on Thursday, June 18.
