Starting August 1st, the Online Master of Science in Food Safety Program will be launching its first course, Preventive Controls for Human Food, in their newly established Continuing Education in Food Safety Initiative.
The Continuing Education in Food Safety Initiative will offer this 5-week, self-paced, non-credit course for $850 ($800 course fee and $50 certificate). After successful completion, participants will earn a FSPCA certificate for Preventive Controls for Human Food. Did we mention this is 100% online?
As the Continuing Education in Food Safety Initiative matures, watch for additional online, self-paced courses to become available Fall of 2017. These classes will cost $800 each and some course topics include Food Allergens, Quantifying Food Risk, Produce Safety, Meat Safety, Dairy Safety, Ingredient Safety, Food Waste Recovery, Foodborne Parasites, GMP's and more!
